Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

At Traenet, we strive to deliver transparent, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions across our umbrella of digital services, fintech rails, niche social media platforms, entertainment platforms, and productivity suites. This Refund Policy explains how transactions, digital credits, and subscriptions are managed across our platforms.

1. Freemium & Demo-Centric Philosophy

Traenet operates on a strongly freemium and demo-centric model. Across our technology portfolio, we provide free access tiers, interactive demo modes, and test environments. Users and organizational evaluators can thoroughly test, explore, and experience the full capabilities and features of our platforms at zero cost prior to making any financial commitment, deposit, or paid purchase.

2. General Non-Refundable Policy

Because users have comprehensive opportunities to test and evaluate our services prior to purchase, and because digital services and transactional executions are consumed immediately upon delivery:

  • Digital Goods & Credits: All digital asset deposits, completed transaction fees, usage credits, and digital item purchases are generally non-refundable once executed.
  • Withdrawals & Cryptocurrency Payouts: All digital asset withdrawals are executed on irreversible decentralized blockchains. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Traenet does not reissue payments, replace, or reverse funds lost due to user error, mistyped destination addresses, or incompatible networks.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual platform subscriptions grant immediate access to premium features and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Users may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

3. Exceptions & Billing Corrections

We review refund requests on a fair case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Billing: If an automated billing issue results in duplicate charges for the same invoice or subscription period.
  • Documented Service Outage: If a prolonged, critical platform failure directly attributable to Traenet prevents access to paid services and cannot be resolved by our engineering team within our service commitment.
  • Fraudulent / Unauthorized Transactions: Verified cases of unauthorized account access, provided the incident is reported to our security team immediately upon discovery.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you believe an error has occurred with your billing or account, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date with your transaction ID, account email, and an explanation of the issue:

Email: [email protected]

Our billing and operations team will review your inquiry and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
